Reading spooky stories by flashlight,

baking and crafts,

What are you doing to get ready for the ghoulish day ahead?
ps I've been having fun taking photos illuminating the light in a dark room by using 1600 ISO and not using a flash. Try it with your jack-o-lanterns! Enjoy your Halloween day!
OH!
All the fun is at your place!

Wow--you guys seem to be having some serious Halloween fun. We don't have a lot planned--probably just a walk down our street and back for some candy...

The candy is indeed the best part! I'm afraid I can't take credit for the all activities, the first photos are from my classroom and the others are taken at Myles' preschool, Childgarden in Coquitlam.

We've been getting ready by buying candy - we bought some in Sept. Oops! All gone. Then we bought some in Oct - fortunately there is some left - hopefully enough! We have several pumpkins on the step too. Thanks for the photography tip - I'll try that! Hope your kiddies, dh and you have a fun Halloween!

PS - I'm not sure why my blog didn't accept your blog url. I'll check with the Squarespace help team - they're very helpful.
